SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICIES

• Charges - Within the Continental United States, all shipments are handled via UPS Ground Service. International shipments and shipments outside the continental U.S. are handled via USPS Global Express Mail.  In addition to shipping fees, the following handling fees are included with your order:
  
  United States:        $5.00
  Canada/Mexico:  $10.00
  Worldwide:            $15.00
  
  These fees are reflected in the Cart total during the checkout process and do not include any duties, taxes or brokerage fees that may be accessed on international shipments by the destination country. These fees are the customer's responsibility and payable at time of delivery.
  
  To estimate your international shipping charges or determine if the destination country is served through the USPS, select the following link: USPS International Calculator.  For kit purchases, an estimated package weight of 4-8 lbs should provide a good indicator of current shipping costs. If there is no listing for "Global Express Mail (EMS)" then the service is not offered to the destination country and you will need to contact us for other shipping arrangements.
  
• Hazardous Material - Some items we include in our kits such as our butane lighter are considered hazardous material and are subject to certain shipping restrictions. We are also prohibited from shipping to international destinations any items that contain flammable material. In those cases, we are required to ship the lighters without butane which means they must be filled prior to use.
  
• Order Processing- We ask for 2 business days to process order requests. Often times however, we're able to turn around orders received by 10:00 AM EST the same day.  For expedited order processing please contact us and we'll be glad to work with you.
  
• Delivery Time - For UPS Ground deliveries, allow 4-7 working days. For USPS Global Express deliveries, allow 3-5 working days.  For both services, delivery during holidays may require additional shipping time. We also now provide a number of expedited shipping options if you need a product quickly.

• TRACKING NUMBER - On the day your order is processed, you will receive an e-mail shipping notification that includes the shipper's tracking number. It should be noted that tracking numbers may not be active until the end of the business day.  For international orders, your shipping status can be found at www.usps.com. For U.S. orders, UPS tracking information can be found at www.ups.com.
