RETURNS
& EXCHANGES
- Return
By Date - All return items must
be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer
shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition
and include original product packaging. Customer must ship items
in a shipping box or envelope. Returns that do not meet these
requirements will be refused.

Return Form -
Please fill out and include a return form with all returns or
exchanges. This form can be obtained by contacting our Customer
Service department. We will email, fax or mail you this form.
Also, please indicate the R/A number
somewhere on the outside of your package.

Warranty Exchanges
- Warranty claims for BRR
labeled items should be made by contacting Customer Service.
All other claims are processed through individual product manufacturers
and subject to their own policies. Warranty items should be
returned directly to the manufacturer unless advised otherwise
by a customer service representative. If you are not sure of
whom to send an item, contact
us and we will be glad to help.

Shipping Instructions -
Return packages via prepaid Fed Ex, UPS, DHL or US Mail (USPS).
Insure shipment for the full purchase value. Use original packaging
if available and in good shape. Blue Ridge Racing is not responsible
for packages lost during return shipping.
