SHIPPING & HANDLING

• Shipping Charges - Within the Continental United States, we use UPS Ground service (4-7 business days) as our standard shipping option. For items shipped to Hawaii or Alaska we use USPS Flat Rate service (3-5 business days). For International orders, we use USPS Global Express service (3-5 business days). In the case of International orders, duties, taxes & other fees may be levied against shipments and are the customer's responsibility and payable at time of delivery.
• Hazardous Material - Certain kit items we offer such as our butane lighter are considered hazardous material and can only be shipped via ground. If you need a kit quickly, please contact us. We will be glad to expedite your order at an additional shipping cost, but will need to remove those items considered hazardous material and ship them separately.
• Delivery Time - We ask for 2 business days to process order requests. Often times however, we're able to turn around orders received by 10:00 AM EST the same day. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery of non-backordered items. Delivery during holidays may require additional shipping days.

• Tracking Number- On the day your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail shipping notification that includes the shippers tracking number and a link to their tracking web page.

ORDER INFORMATION

• Sales Tax - We do not charge sales tax on any orders placed.
• Payment Methods:
           - We accept orders on this site via a secure online order form or by phone. We also accept money orders and            certified checks as payment. In those cases, we process orders once the check has been received.
           - We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, Paypal & Google.
           - All credit card purchases are verified for your protection.
           - Prices on this site are shown in U.S. dollars.
• Security Information - Blue Ridge Racing's secure server software (SSL) is the premier software solution available for e-commerce transactions. Our SSL encrypts all confidential ordering information, including credit card number, name and address. We do not save this information or use it for any purposes other than for purchases you authorize.
• Backordered Items - While we make every attempt to prevent items from being backordered, there are times when it simply can't be helped. In those instances, we will notify you via e-mail and give you an ETA on the backordered item in question. We will also waive the shipping charges on those items. For any item with an ETA greater than 30 days from the date of purchase, we will include in the e-mail notification an option to cancel the order.

LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

• Except as may be expressly set forth elsewhere in this site, Blue Ridge Racing makes no representations or warranties as to any of the products distributed by us, expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Powersports vehicles can be dangerous. Blue Ridge Racing has no control over the usage of any item we sell. We expect our customers to exercise good judgment as to the proper selection, use and maintenance of any item we sell.
• Blue Ridge Racing assumes no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind arising from the misuse or improper application of the items we sell in any way by any person.
• Items we resell which do not include the BRR or Blue Ridge Racing labels are the sole responsibility of that manufacturer or distributor. Blue Ridge Racing accepts no liability for damages to person or property arising from the use or misuse of those products.
• Blue Ridge Racing shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages whatsoever.
