As you can see from the photo, the Enduro bag fits nicely on most rear fenders. 

Takes all of five minutes to install using the mounting hardware. Just remove the detachable waist belts, drill the holes and bolt it on! If you ever need to remove it, just use the screwdriver from the kit.

When we ride dual-sports, we carry wallet, cell phone and GPS in the specially designed padded pocket and remove the bag and use as a fanny pack when we're not using the bike. Works great!
